I dont have any pics that small.
Just now for example i wanted to post up some content from last weekend and once again I was twarted by the low limit.

bandwidth is so cheap now. please make it 2 MB or so.

Otherwise WF will keep missing out on content.

For example I could have posted my video from pripyat /cherorbyl last year..

I have tried to post pics. several times, and could not get them small enough. I don't even bother any more.

It may be an extra step but you can upload your pics to Imgur and host them there. Then you just copy the Direct Link and post it. That way there's no size limitation and the Imgur account is free.

Its easier just as attachments into the post. The easier it is for users to contribute content the more there will be of it.

Also some files I dont really want to host on imgur or photoshop since eventually it will lead to a collection that can make it easier to ID me

Also how can I remove my profile pic?
I replaced wit with the cat trooper but my personal pic still shows on posts like this one.

The profile pic is improved.
But as cheap as bandwidth is these days can we not get our uploads bigger?

I have so much content waiting to be uploaded.
Much of it original.

That's above my pay grade. I think an owner or admin will have to make that change if doable. I'm just a lowly moderator.
