Yes you can carry a gun IF. Both testicles still hold sperm,females receive regular implants of said product and no pink guns.

Holy cow! How can anyone decipher that? There was so much.....if you want to know what this means, you have to look here. They just kept kicking the rules further into the document instead of just stating what you can and can't do. Total BS.

Just like when I'm approaching a store. If at a glance I don't see a "no gun" poster than I'm going in. I'm not going to stand there and hunt for it. It had better be in plain site.
