Buddy of mine has one kinda like that.
Maybe a bit smaller.

He uses it to entertain the neighborhood on 4th of July (this is in the southern countryside)

A old fashioned Black Powder Cannon may be purchased freely in the United States.

A modern breech loaded artillery piece however is near impossible to get unless you operate a museum..
