No Doubt, That's shit getting real !!! Shit getting real stupid is what it is. I don't know their majoity lead in their house and/or senate or if their Governor is supportive of such a bill, since I didn't waste my time reading it all, but I'd hope to hell that doesn't pass. That's a bit to close to OK or the Southern states for comfort IMO. Those pussy Yuppie states like CA, NY and IL can do whatever the hell they want, but lets not the southern states get on board. I'm actually really surprised MO to get this stupid. NY Dems had intended to do that same type confiscation and it was to much, they couldn't get enough Democrat support even to go that far. Hope the same here.

I would certainly hope that, in Missouri, this will amount to nothing more than political suicide.

Why do you want to rain on my parade? I live in CA, I know, My fault. We like our Firearms also and here is what CA wants to do.....

Gun Confiscation Bill Proposed in California: ‘We Can Save Lives’ | TheBlaze.com

This crap is going to get out of control.

:snoopfacepalm:

:sorry: Yeah well, Sorry buddy. Just calling it like I see it. I was born in Downey, CA, Grew up the majority of my life in Norwalk, CA, going to school in Santa Fe Springs, CA, and lived for some amount time in cities like Bellflower, LaPuente, and Covina and even a year in Bell Gardens in my very young days. So I had 25 years of my life invested there. I left in December of 90, and been back for 2 vacations and a few funerals from remaining friends and family members there. I've considered going back, and even holding onto an 85 K10 Chevy truck that is a gas motot NOW, but used to be a Diesel and would be smog exempt. All this Diane Frankenstein talk has pretty much reminded me to kill that thoght. I may end up in AZ someday, but NO, I'll never have a residence in So Cal again.

Buy Hey, that's what makes this country great, and what the Fed should do too, leave the gun laws up the states. If the Anti Gunners don't like guns, move to Cali, NY or IL. Leave the rest of us alone !!! And keep your high as hell crime rates, and quit your bitchin when your daughter gets raped, your home gets invaded and blah blah blah.

Sometimes it appears we're on our way to a DickTator type gubment being transitioned by Capitalism and Socialism type gubments. We've got all these Executive Orders from our DickTator being handed down to the Sheep aka Puppets formerly known as Congress.

But here's the big issue for now guys. Seems many, including myself have just settled to bite the bullet and suffer the next 4 years. Truth is, LET'S NOT DO THAT. Surely there is going to be mid term congressional voting. We need to be doing all we can to remove these Anit Gunners from Congress to make the Checks and Balances even stronger so this DickTator can't his shit passed thru, or strong enough Congress to override him at over 2/3 majority. And for the Gunners who are on our side, if they are whimps who will sell out and flop for vote so they can get a bridge going nowhere, then we need to vote them sorry ass losers out of office too.

This not only goes for th Federal Level, but it goes for your state government too. Look at what some of these dumbasses are doing in NY, CA and MO. Just saying, research your candidates well.

The other thing we can hold onto and have a bit of positive to look forward to and some hope, is that some of these state laws get appealed all the way to Supreme Court. Once they get to the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court rules these laws as unconstitutional, like the Washington DC hand gun ban for example, then the precedent is set and we not longer have to fear these type of issues coming back to haunt us. Fact is, and all of us here probably know it, of all the gun viloence that does go on, more than 90% of it is done with hang guns, not semi auto rifles that have been deemed Assault Weapons. The hand gun precedent has been set now and can't be touched so we'll never have to worry abou hand guns being taken away. Notice, NOONE in any state is trying to, or has even mentioned a hand gun ban even though hand guns are what the gang bangers and violent criminals are using. So because they can't touch hand guns, now they're trying to limit magazine capacity in hand guns along with rifles, and going after our semi automatic rifles. Now NY had done it. Let's hope someone takes the initiative to fight that bill that became law all the way to the Federal Supreme Court which can take years and years to get there via the judicial process. I am surprized noone has done this in CA with their gun laws. At the same time, you have to consider the vast majority of their population there and that pretty much answers that.

I'm hearin what your sayin,But Obama still got voted in.

Yes he did, but he also campaigned and targeted certain groups which I won't get into because it will come across as racist when it's not intended to, and not only African Americans.
Also consider what he was running against and what the alternative choice was.

I see the point you're making, and that's EXACTLY why I'm stressing the issue of don't give up, and vote congressionally. We have a chance of winning congress the way we want it to go, we didn't have much of a chance for the presidential race.

Last Night, Colorado House passed House Bill #1224 limiting mag capacity to 15 rounds. Won't affect most handguns, but seems pretty much to go after AK's and AR's. Still stupid. Of course CO house is Donkey majority so no surprise. Not sure of their Senate, Commitee and Governor, but I"ll sure be checking. CO has some other stupid House Bills being considered too. #1226, #1228 & 1229 all gun related. One of them even about Conceal Carry Permit holders, one about required registration and one of them raising poll tax so gun buyers is paying for his own background check.

OK, this is info is a bit late. I found more info. All 4 of these bills did pass the House already, expected to sail thru the Donkey Controlled Sentate too and then be laid on the Governors Desk for Signature. Prolly just start another thread for CO with more details.

Lots of cowboy shooters in Col. It might get slowed down by the money they stand to loose if it goes through.
