Default Shotgun light

Ok so I need a light for my home defense shotgun but I don't want to spend over $100. I don't want a light with a really tight beam either, I need it to light up a room.

Suggestions?

The old Brooklyn lantern ...that will light that ass up...get the real deal old school railroad lantern, that will literally light their ass up, on fire!

Surprised there aren't more replies to this. I searched and couldn't find a thread on lights already.

I have a couple Coleman lanterns but they're gonna be hard to mount to the shotgun.

Only light you need is muzzle flash. That'll get the point across lol

I agree... ish.

I did find myself walking around the house with the shotgun the other night (our dog that NEVER barks was acting funny) and I was having to turn lights on in each room I went into.

I need a light.

Holy crap! The mount is 5 times the cost of the flashlight. I'll stick with duct tape.
