Where Is The Race-Baiting “Civil Rights” Community During Shaneen Allen’s Judicial Lynching?

When it comes to “justice,” it’s obvious that the only color most “civil rights” icons see is green.

Trayvon Martin was an alleged burglar interested in street fighting, abusing drugs, and dealing illegal weapons. When he was killed attempting to beat a man to death, the “civil rights” community came out in force to “seek justice.”

Michael Brown, a strong-arm robbery suspect, was shot and killed by a police officer after allegedly attacking that officer in his vehicle and attempting to take his weapon. Once again, the “civil rights” community came out in force to “seek justice.”

Shaneen Allen, a hard-working mother of two who legally obtained a concealed carry permit in Pennsylvania after twice being robbed by young thugs similar to Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown, made the huge mistake of going to New Jersey.

There's no antagonist. There's no Whitey did this to me. It doesn't further their agenda of racial divide. So it's not worth their time. No money to be made there.

I think it's a BS charge. IMO if you qualify for a CHP in one state, it should be good Nationwide. We aren't the Divided States, we're the United States. But you have those states that see things differently.

Shaneen Allen’s prosecutor might be having second thoughts

The New Jersey prosecutor who has been pushing a prison sentence for a New Jersey single mother for having a gun in her purse appears to be reconsidering.

Shaneen Allen was arrested in October after admitting to a state trooper during a traffic stop that she was in possession of a gun. Allen, a resident of Pennsylvania, had a legal permit to possess and carry the gun in that state. She says she had simply made a mistake, a plausible explanation given that she volunteered the incriminating information to the cop who pulled her over.

Until now, Atlantic County Prosecutor Jim McClain had been pursuing a felony charge against Allen that would come with a mandatory minimum of three-and-a-half years in prison, despite the fact that he could refer to a diversionary program that would allow her to avoid jail time. Allen has no other criminal record. Now it looks like McClain may be reconsidering.
