While the following do not meet all of your criteria, they are the closest I can think of off the top of my head.
Rondel, Baselard, Poignard.
Very few weapons of that length are designed only for thrusting. Stilletos are generally much smaller with often a triangular cross section. Fusettos are also strictly thrusting weapons, but again they are quite short compared to what you describe.
There are several types of socket bayonets that would fit the description very closely if fitted with a proper hilt and grip.
