    Remington 870 issues...

Actually, I was wrong... The Federal Low Brass is supposed to be better loads for that gun.

    Remington 870 issues...

Seems that this is a common problem with that gun/ammo combo. The Winchester "Low Brass" loads give issues frequently. How many rounds have you shot through the gun? Could be a break-in issue. I have also read that the chamber may need polishing/honing to fix the issue...

    Military M-16 and you

Ah ha! This is what I was talking about: Since Windham Weaponry is a brand new manufacturer that has risen from the ashes of what was the manufacturing facility of Bushmaster Firearms, it seems only logical to begin by telling this story that fortunately has a happy ending. So it seems only...

    Military M-16 and you

Didn't Bushmaster just close up and get bought by a company in Maine? (Gotta look that one up) If you are going to buy an AR, consider spending the extra $$ to get a piston driven version instead of the gas driven. It shoots the same, but the upper stays a LOT cleaner. We typically clean our...

Really Dad? 2400+ rounds of .22LR

If it has been 10-15 years since he has shot them, please take them to a smithy or armorer and have them safety checked before you shoot them! Sorry for your loss by the way.

    Safe in the garage + & -

With, or without the bodies in it? :D If they are pulling 800 and 1000 lb safes that are bolted to the floor out of the house, I don't think a small door frame would do anything except make more repairs for you to do when they take it. Let's face it, locks really only keep out honest people...

    Conceal Carry

I am all for open carry. But, I still think you should have to prove that you are proficient and understand how to safely carry.

    Anybody Do Any Reloading?

I will be loading my .45 ACP stuff starting next week. My friend is letting me use his reloading equipment so all I have to get right now is the dies and components. We are going to experiment with different bullet weights and powders until we get a light, accurate inexpensive load for plinking...

    Susan's new S&W MP9c

We use the M&P 9 in my classes. The C is just a smaller version. ROCK SOLID performance! We have shot about 7000 rds out of each of them, and have never had a hiccup, never changed the springs, and rarely clean the mags. We do regularly clean the actions and the barrels tho... Be careful of the...
