Lee Einfield No.1 mk 3 identification help

Recently purchased this rifle and am having a very difficult time discerning the markings on this rifle. Any help is appreciated. Trying to ID and age this rifle. Thanks in advance.

Heck if I know. I can't make out the marks on it. The top one might be a crown and below that it looks like a "R". You might want to send these pics to this place and see if they can decipher them.
