heard a congressman on Fox expressing the same thought and promised to look into those proceedings, depending on Obummers 19 or so EO list...

From what I've gathered, citizens cannot start impeachment proceedings. It must come from within the Government. If Obrother does do something against the Constitution (hasn't he already?) then we will have to see if anyone has the gonads to start something against him. I just have a feeling that whoever does will start getting death threats against him or his family. That's the Chicago way.
