Shot themselves in the foot. I have one colt revolver that was made in 1916 and it is a fine piece.

Yeah it's kinda crazy, you would think that with the colt name nothing would ever malfunction but when u put people in charge that are not business Savoy these are and will continue to happen to the best of bussinessess out there. Still I consider it to be one of the best firearms manufacturer in the world....just my 2 cents
