I have seen things like that here in Utah, but it is really rare to see someone that can actually afford that kind of vehicle. Granted it is fixed so that it can not be used in a ranged type of way, but who is to say that you cannot undo all that and make it fully functional again.

The glare on the picture was so bad I didn't even see that. Plus If I had seen it I would be more concerned about the one flanking me.
