Hell Yeah. :grd: That's what I'd be getting. Hope to soon anyway. M&P .40. Maybe not be the FDE one I really want since it's a Cabela's ONLY and I don't live in a state where Cabela's is. They haven't haven't had them in stock anyway. Academy has had some M&P .40s in stock.

Nahhh, Not really. About the same as a Glock 19 or 23. I'd call it a mid frame. Glock 17 or 22, Ruger P95, etc, I'd call a Big Gun. I'd call it a Mid Frame. JMO

You would be right,how a G23 is a compact I don't know. Mine does conceal pretty well. Not as well as the sub compact G27. Looks like a nice gun. Will the mags for all 40 M&Ps work interchangeably?

Yes FS M&P mags work in the compacts. (but not the compacts in the FS) They will not work in the Shields, as those are single stack.
