If you have an open field with a clump of trees or something out in the field to conceal yourself in, that is the best. I also like fence rows between fields. Don't be afraid to move to a different field if after calling for 30 min to an hour if nothing shows up. Good luck and just have fun.

Today was the Mi opener. I was able to harvest this nice buck with my 470 Capstick Pistol @ 145 yards. The 400gr Speer Deep Curl bullet really hits them like Thors Hammer. Poor guy never new what hit him. :)

The only problem with the Mini's is, IMO they are not as accurate as I would like them to be. The triggers on all that you listed will need to be worked on.
