Has anyone used any of the Liberty Ultra Defense Ammunition (either the Halo Point or the USM4)??? I saw some online, the marketing seemed impressive. 2000 fps out of a 50 grain, lead-free round. I then proceeded to YouTube and watched a few videos, seems pretty impressive, and they all claimed...

I am also finding that out very quickly. I am somewhat educated on the rifles and calibers, but when it comes to scopes....i have no clue (other than its one of the most if not the most important components, and like you said, it will cost as much or more than the rifle for a good one.)

I am pretty sure it was a 700 ADL that had a scope on it, but i may be wrong. I know i dont want a "budget" or "cheap teaser" rifle, nor do i want one with a scope that i would end up replacing anyways. I will look into it a little more, and i may be checking a few Academy's in the coming weeks...

Welcome Matt, I have the Talon Tactical Aluminum Upgrade stock on my Remington 870 and I absolutly love it. Install was easy, fits great, and made a noticeable difference in recoil, and not to mention my wife can comfortably shoot it now!
