IMI Tavor - Actually "around" or rare and exotic?

Hello everyone

I came across the IMI Tavor/X95 Bullpup-rifles, the "professional" ones as well as the civilian version.
I wonder if there are actually a few of these rifles in private hands, or if it's a rifle that gets very rarely bought, like the Barrett M107.
I personally only know of one private-owned rifle, and just wondered how common or how rare it is.

Thanks in advance,

Max

I would say they are still uncommon in the US, but I have seen them at shops and gunshows so they are not too rare.

Fairly common, most medium size shops will have atleast one on the wall. I nearly bought a Tavor but decided the Steyr AUG would suit me a little better so I went that route.

The x95 variant is not out yet but should be in a year or so.

Thanks for the quick answers.
I was just thinking of giving it to one of the characters in my novel-project, because it kind of resembles her (small, but with a lot of power), and wondered if I could have the characters find it in a house, if that'd be the "needle in a haystack".
