I have restored my Marlin 336 which was bought in May 1973 by my father who bought 2 of them. My brother has the other one. It was starting to look ragged and needed a restore. Love the way it came out. It's a 40 year old rifle but looks nearly new again!:drool2: And with a little tinkering is accurate as hell!
