HellifIknow....It says "The Senate Budget Committee". Just thought I'd pass the story along. It does say that of the $168 part of it is administration cost to deliver benefits etc. So that probably means the recipient actually only receives $68. The Government gets the rest. You know how Government math works. It's ever changing.
