Migrating from GMFS

Saw the link from GMFS, figured I'd come check it out.

picking up a G19 FDE tomorrow, that'll be the first glock.

My current favorite pistol is the RIA 1911 9mm. VZ grips, polished trigger, Dawson Precision sights.

on bottom, top is a Wilson (not mine)

Sold this after acquiring the 1911, no need for it anymore lol

Couple of others, Ruger Mark I target, bull barrell, etc. Awesome little gun, Bersa .380. Dad did just buy a Beretta px4 compact not pictured

Mainly a long gun hunter though, my baby Browning Silver hunter, Remington 870 express, howa 1500 .223, couple .22lr, and my dad's Winchester Sx3, not pictured is a Franchi 20, and a closet weatherby.

Edit: this one is actually my grandfather's but it's worthy of noting. Colt Match Target

It really wasn't bad, the trigger felt nice. But i sold it when I bought the 1911, i wasn't 1/2 as accurate with it as i am with the 1911. Gun felt good, just wasn't 100% fit for me

Arckadian is a slight changing of a name of a Demon from a computer game called Ultima 7. Its been my nickname for 21 years now. Although I did have one person tell my that my spelling of the name is a cross between a demon and an angel.... so I suppose its up to how one wants to see it

Ultima 7, a good ole 1992 game, I think thats when we bought our first 386, 4 meg of ram and a 20 meg hard drive.....

I agree about the trigger. After shooting my friends and his 1911 I wanted something with a better trigger so I sold my sig p250 and bought a 1911. I had thought about getting a px4 storm for a second hand gun but now I'm leaning towards a XDS

I like his compact alot, just wasn't a great target gun for me.

Same here. Seems like I'd know a little more after my time in the army in the mid to late 90's. Only thing I cared about then was reliability.
